A The Jumbo offers you extra security when receiving phone calls responding to your advert. The Jumbo Security Number keeps your original phone number private but still allows potential buyers to contact you directly by replacing it with a special number starting 070.

Q2 How does it work?
A Your phone number will be replaced by a secure number in The Jumbo. This will automatically redirect buyers to your private number when they call – but your number remains confidential.

Q3: How much does the service cost me?
A: The service is free to advertisers.

Q4: How much does the call cost the buyer?
A: Anyone phoning you will pay a small extra charge. From a standard BT line calls to most numbers starting 070 cost 37p per minute at peak times, 25p per minute in the evening and 12.5p per minute at weekends. Call to an 07053 number cost 19.98p per minute. Other operators and mobile phone charges may vary.

Q5: How do I book a Jumbo Secure Number (JSN)?
A: Jumbo Secure Numbers are automatically assigned to you when you book online.
